Phoniq is an AI English coach that proactively calls you. No need to open an app: your phone rings at the time you set, you answer, and you practice English. After each call you get a report on grammar, vocabulary, fluency and pronunciation.

No, you are talking to an AI-powered voice coach. Our AI coach adapts to your level, provides a natural conversation experience, and lets you practice with different scenarios each time.

Beginner to advanced, A1 through C2. Your first level test sets your level; the coach adjusts speaking speed, word choice and question difficulty to it. If you understand English but freeze when you have to speak, this was built for you.

You pick the length when you set up a plan. Phoniq is built for short daily practice: ten minutes every day moves you further than one hour a week. The call ends at the length you chose; the coach wraps up in the last minute and says goodbye.

You pick from a list of ready topics: daily conversation, job interviews, travel, presentations and more. You can also type your own topic, or upload a document and talk about that, say your meeting notes or an article. If you want role-play, the coach stays in character: a waiter, an interviewer, a customer.

English only, for the whole lesson. Even if you ask it to switch, it will not; when you get stuck it slows down, simplifies and gives an example instead. The app and your reports are available in Turkish, English, Spanish, Hindi and Portuguese.

Two options. A monthly plan: a set number of minutes arrives every month, part of what you do not use rolls over up to your plan's cap, and the per-minute rate is lower. A minute package: a one-off purchase, valid for the period shown on the package, with bigger packages carrying a better per-minute rate. Neither locks you in; current prices and campaigns are on the pricing page.

You buy a plan or a package with a credit or debit card on a secure payment page. Prices are shown in your region's currency and the amount you see on the payment page is what is charged. We never store your card details.

You are charged only for the time you talked. Remaining minutes are not deducted. If a call drops due to a technical issue, that call is not charged.

Yes, with one click in your dashboard. After you cancel, your minutes stay usable until the end of the current period and nothing renews after that. Change your mind before the period ends and you can turn it back on. Unused minutes do not roll over once you have cancelled.

The current offer is on the pricing page; campaigns change over time. When a trial is offered, your card is verified but nothing is charged during the trial, and the plan you chose starts when it ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

Package minutes are valid for the period shown on the package; when it ends, what is left expires. On a monthly plan, part of what you did not use rolls over to the next month, up to your plan's cap. Your remaining minutes and their expiry date are always visible in your dashboard.

Any device that receives phone calls. Smartphone, old phone, landline — it doesn't matter. No app download or internet connection needed, it works as a regular phone call.

Yes, to produce your analysis report. A recording stays playable in your call history for a short period; when that period ends the play option disappears and the recording is deleted automatically. Recordings are not used for anything else and are never sold to third parties.

You get called again after a short interval, according to the retry setting on your plan. If you still cannot answer, you get a notification and can start the lesson yourself from the app or the web within a short window. A call that never connects is never charged; only the minutes you actually talk are deducted.

The Phoniq number set for your region; you can see it in your dashboard and save it to your contacts. Do not call back: Phoniq does not take incoming calls, and the number may be an international line. A missed lesson is completed from the app instead.

Yes. You can start a lesson yourself from the web or the mobile app; same coach, same report. It uses your internet connection instead of a phone line, so a quiet room and headphones give the best result. Depending on your region the per-minute rate for in-app practice can differ; the current rate is on the pricing page.

You can request account deletion from your profile page or through the contact form. All your personal data will be deleted within 30 days in compliance with data protection regulations.
